Maizy was a Little Lamb
Maizy's Halloween costume showed up in the mail this week. We wanted to take some pictures while the weather was nice. Probably going to snow on Halloween so we took advantage of the beautiful weekend.
She was ready for a nap, so no big smiles. But she was adorable anyway. I got a 6 to 12 month so I could put winter clothes under it, just in case.
Fun on the Farm
This weekend Adam had to drive to Reno to pick up a Backhoe for a friend. When he got home 5:30am Sunday morning, and after a four hour nap, we decided to work around our property a little. Maizy wanted to help so we bundled up in the new hat we got this week and headed out doors.
I picked this hat out for my baby long before Adam and I were even married. There is a cute blue one too. I wanted to buy both of them a couple years ago but decided against it. I was so excited when I found it in Bozeman when Korrie and I were shopping.
Maizy was helping Daddy drive the backhoe spreading our pile of horse manure.

Sitting in the steering wheel, looking pretty sleepy.
Not sure if she is awake or sleeping, but she looks pretty confy in Daddy's arms.
And she's asleep.

Big day on the tractor wears little baby out.

There's no more leaves on our trees, sad. :-(

Doodle Bug's Cozy Winter Clothes, Standing All By Herself, and Fun Games with Mama
A couple weeks ago I consigned some baby clothes at a Bi-Annual kids sales in Hamilton called "My Kids Closet". People bring clothes there that are slightly used and in good condition from their children and sell them for REALLY cheap. Being a consigner I got the hit the presale, along with 340 other consigners, and got bags and bags of cute clothes, winter coats, shoes... you name it, all for $43.00. I can't imagine what it would have cost me to buy all that in the store. I think I have become a "My Kids Closet" Lifer. ;-)

Still likes the swaddle.
Hat and Mittens Time...
It's getting to be a little chilly here, okay alot chiully. Maizy, Korrie and I all went shopping a couple weekends ago and bought Maizy a new hat and mittens. She got the chance to wear then this weeke when the remperature took a plunge. I think they are just adorable, of course I think everything is adorable on her. She makes my heart smile.

Almost all of the pictures we have of her, her little feet are a blurr because she is constantly kicking them. Daddy taught her how to spur already!

Fall Family Pictures
We spent the weekend with Korrie and Joe in Bozeman for their birthdays, Joe's on the 3rd and Korrie's on the 4th. We had a super good time just relaxing, shopping, and visiting. Because the fall colors are so beautiful right now we decided to take some family photos. Maizy was a champ, a little tired from an overdue nap but she was a very good girl.We had alot of fun taking these pictures. Of course Joe was a big goof and tried to swing "Spider" style with Korrie. Which didn't work out so well. But it was a good photo opp anyway. As you might be able to tell, this beautiful back drop was in a not so beautiful place. It was surrounded by dumpy trailer and scary people. We got our business done and got out of there as soon as we could.
Oh, and yes, I did make these layouts. I am having so much fun with my new PhotoShop program.

Doctors report and all Maizy's new "tricks"
We went to the doctor last Thursday for a check up. Maizy is not 13lbs 9oz and 24 inches tall. 50th percentile across the board. Doc says she looks very healthy and happy.
She has learned so many new tricks in the last couple of weeks. Hope I can remeber them all.
Maizy is now...
Rolling over
Blowing bubbles
Laughing
Taking her binki out of her mouth
Chewing on her toes
Concentrating on her toys
Gabbering constantly
She is growing and changing so fast, I can't hardly keep up. 4 months 10 days already, wow how the time flies!
